2023: At the heart of the compliance tool
HFLabs and Comply have created a compliance tool for managing personal data in large companies. HFLabs announced this on May 19, 2023.
The comprehensive solution combines technical and legal expertise and helps the business streamline work with customer consents to the processing of personal data. The service is built on the principle of Privacy First and protects companies in case of requests and inspections of regulators (Roskomnadzor and FAS) or consumer extremism.
The compliance tool is based on the own development of HFLabs - the "Consent Management Center" (CCNS). The implementation of this software product allows the business to control for what purposes and to whom consents are provided, the sources of their receipt, the validity period, and also makes it possible to store text versions.
Now the CCNS is expanding its capabilities thanks to the expertise of legal practitioners from Comply. As part of the partnership, compliance boutique Comply is responsible for designing a legal framework for working with client data and consents when implementing the CCNS. Lawyers define the perimeter of data use, a set of consents and other grounds for data processing, formulate consent texts, build a client path and fix attributes of client permissions for communications, data processing, etc.

On December 8, 2021, HFLabs introduced a "Consent Management Center" designed to help clean up client consents.
The Consent Management Center is useful for everyone who is responsible for storing and processing personal data. And also to those who work:

- call centers;
- sales;
- marketing;
- loyalty and customer care blocks.
The business area doesn't matter.
According to the developers, the CCNS:
- Specifies the correct communication channels with the client.
- prompts answers to the regulator's requests (why the company legitimately sent an SMS to the client two months ago);
- identifies customers who have run out of consent on a daily basis;
- immediately revokes consents at the request of the client and notifies everyone concerned about this;
- talks about what customer data and which companies can be exchanged within the ecosystem;
- supports extended consents to accommodate partner arrangements.
