On July 7, 2022, the Resource Center for Universal Design and Rehabilitation Technologies (FSAU "RCUD and RT," part of the structures of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) and the ANO "Consortium" Medical Technology "concluded an agreement under which they began to create a single automated system for tracking and monitoring the market of medical devices. It is planned to invest almost 25 million rubles in this project.

The information will help to quickly and accurately monitor the current state of the medical device market, its volume, the level of import substitution and determine the forecast indicators of the need for the domestic healthcare system in medical devices with specific technical and functional characteristics. Moreover, the indicators of provision with medical equipment and its components can be traced both throughout the country and in individual federal districts.
Another stage in the work of "RCUD and RT" and "Medical Technology" will be the launch of a marketplace for medical technology using the capabilities of a single digital system. A platform service created on the principle of "one window" will allow you to carry out all procurement procedures, draw up documents, track each stage of contract execution and delivery of the entire volume within the specification and receive reporting documentation.[1]
