In SC "Pulse" EDMS was created on the basis of "1C: Document flow"

2022: Transition to EDMS

In the fall of 2021, the management of the LLC SC "Pulse" (until 13.01.2022, SK-Polis LLC) Tyumen aimed at expanding the company. Since that moment, LLC SC Pulse has significantly increased the volume data of operations, while the company's staff has increased several times. The company Homnet announced this on July 13, 2022.

The implementation of the management plans of LLC SC Pulse was also facilitated by business automation, namely the construction of a single, easily scalable IT system consisting of software products on the 1C platform. The supplier of the financial system for accounting, XBRL and 710-P modules, as well as the 1C: Document Management and 1C: Payroll and HR Management systems of LLC SC Pulse chose Khomnet Group of Companies.

Before the project was launched, the main exchange of documents between employees of the insurance company took place by e-mail. This method of document management generally satisfied the needs of LLC SC Pulse before its expansion. With a sharply increased number of documents, a solution was required that would ensure a secure exchange of documents, without the risk of losing them.

The purpose of the project was to build an electronic document management system through the standard functionality of 1C: Document Flow program. Automation was carried out by specialists of the Homnet Group of Companies in three stages. The first stage of commissioning was carried out - the software was deployed on the server of LLC SC Pulse and the initial settings were made.

The second stage involved setting up business processes in the document management system, namely:

• Set up and debug incoming document processing.
• Set up and debug the generation, approval, approval, registration and accounting of outgoing documents.
• Set up and debug the processing of orders and orders.
• Set up automatic completion of document templates, business process reports, documents, and execution discipline.

As part of the third and final stage, the specialists of the Khomnet Group of Companies set up standard exchange rules with the Khomnet: NFO accounting system.

As a result of the project, the Pulse insurance company received a tool for registration, approval, secure exchange, convenient storage and quick search for documents. By introducing an electronic document management system, it was possible to achieve a reduction in financial and labor costs.
