Biography
Born December 12, 1959 in the city of KirovskMurmansk region.
In 1982, after graduating from the Moscow Institute of Management, he began his career at the Yaroslavl Radio Plant as a specialist in the economic department.
In 1985, at the age of 27, he was appointed deputy director of the NRZ.
In 1996, he headed the company and in 2007-2018 implemented a large-scale production modernization program.
In 2018, he was elected to the Yaroslavl Regional Duma, where he served as deputy chairman of the Duma.
