AS AKRIFORM has long-term work experience in the IT industry in an insurance field and is known in the market as the system developer of UNICUS (Uniform Network Insurance Company Universal Systems). The UNICUS system is implemented in a number of insurance companies of Russia and the CIS. The latest version of a system is UnicusWeb.

2019: S8 Capital sold the platform of car insurance and crediting ELT Search

The S8 Capital holding sold in the summer of 2019 the company ELT Search to the private foreign fund specializing in investments into the fields of financial technologies. The size of the transaction on acquisition of the company does not reveal. The company ELT Search is a market leader on development and deployment of IT solutions for automation of interaction of car dealers, the leasing companies, insurance companies and banks. In 2018 the Russian dealers issued more than 700 thousand insurance policies in a system.

Based on the company ELT Search in S8 Capital holding is started the startup an Insurance.Py implementing aggregation of offers of insurance companies and a full stroke of sales for individuals and partner banks. The Insurance.Py service is implemented as the independent project, it did not enter transaction perimeter.
