Bank Soyuz and Diasoft have completed a project to connect the bank to the Finservy personal finance platform. This increased the availability of the bank's services to a wide range of consumers and expanded the geography of new customers. This was announced by Diasoft on July 18, 2022.

Diasoft specialists introduced the Marketplace Management software product into the bank's IT landscape, integrated it with the Financial Services platform and the Deposits product from Diasoft, which was previously installed in the bank. The product "Marketplace Management" is part of the Digital Q.Omnichannel development platform, the product "Deposits" is part of the Digital Q.Consumer development platform.

The software product "Marketplace Management" automates the accounting of transactions that a bank client makes with deposits: their opening, early and planned closure.

As a result of the project, the bank was able to promptly manage the parameters of deposit products on the Financial Services platform, accept applications for deposit placement, open accounts, conclude contracts and create other objects in the Deposits product.

Connecting Bank Soyuz to the marketplace simplified the client's path to making deposits and expanded online sales channels, including allowing access to regions where there are no bank branches. The platform also provides services for identifying and organizing customers on a commercial basis, which allowed the bank to optimize the costs of the distribution network and mobile agents, save on operating costs due to the fact that accounting for transactions with deposit agreements no longer requires manual processing and attracting users. said Oleg Chernyshov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Soyuz Bank.
