2022: Ensure centralized management of maintenance and repair processes
On July 19, 2022, 1C-Rarus announced that it had provided centralized management of maintenance and repair processes through the implementation of 1S:TOIR Repair and Maintenance Management of KORP 2 Equipment. Large-scale consulting work was carried out, which made it possible to build and unify target processes between disparate legal entities of the customer without modifying the standard configuration.
SIBAGRO JSC is a large Russian holding specializing in the industrial production of pork, chicken meat and semi-finished products. The processes of maintenance and repair management at SIBAGRO differ in composition, content, participants and results.
A significant share of the work is emergency repairs. To automate the TOID processes , heterogeneous programs were installed in the holding's divisions, planning of materials for repair was carried out without reference to the planned work. Information on operating time, equipment wear and planned impacts was scattered. Due to the difficulties of managing TOIR processes, the holding's management decided to form unified target processes and their automation in a single information ecosystem.
Project results:
- On the basis of 1S:TOIR Management of Repairs and Maintenance of Equipment KORP managed to automate the centralized management of reference books related to maintenance and repair of equipment. Reference books of repair objects in the amount of 6,135 pieces and 1,317 process charts of effects on equipment have been formed from scratch. The Nomenclature reference book has been revised and modernized.
- The database has formed an operational, quarterly and annual demand for commodity values (materials). Regulatory reference information required to generate annual demand for the product has been introduced. The schedule for 2022 was introduced , the report "Plan-actual analysis of logistics costs" was formed.
- The 1S:TOIR daily reflects the facts of performance of works and write-off of materials used in repair, with details to the equipment object, type of impact and nomenclature. Promptly, upon detection, defects and stops of equipment are recorded with notification of responsible employees.
- As required , the 1S:TOIR shall generate reports on the plan-fact of the performed interactions and used materials in the section of the equipment object, type of work and nomenclature.
- integration Mechanisms "1S:TOIR Management of repair and maintenance of KORP equipment" were implemented with solutions established in the holding divisions: "1C: agricultural Enterprise Management," 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management"," 1C:ERP Enterprise Management"," TOIR Mobile Team"SynExp: Competitive Procurement." This made it possible to organically integrate the solution without changing the current one, and IT infrastructure provide daily automatic exchange data between configurations.
We thank the 1C-Rarus team for automating the management of maintenance and repair processes at our enterprises. Now we can control this area of work and quickly make decisions on process optimization. Purchases of inventory have become more justified and thoughtful through clear planning of needs. It was important for the holding that the implementation of 1S:TOIR CORP was carried out without changing the current IT infrastructure of SIBAGRO. 1C-Rarus coped with this task, noted Shabatura Mikhail Evgenievich, chief engineer of SIBAGRO.
