The federal body required a solution with a high level of communication security, centralized management and guarantee of uninterrupted operation in the country, regardless of sanctions and restrictions from foreign IT companies.

Based on the experience gained during the pandemic, the specialists of the Federal Property Management Agency decided to digitalize internal and external communications. To do this, it was necessary to introduce a VKS system into the IT infrastructure, taking into account the requirements of the body for communication security, the absence of risks of sanctions and restrictions on the operation of the VKS system by foreign companies, as well as taking into account the functionality necessary to organize full-fledged cooperation between subordinate structures in hybrid and remote modes.

TrueConf Enterprise, a Russian platform for video communication and collaboration with support for up to 1 million subscribers, was deployed as the central element of the VKS infrastructure.

The TrueConf Enterprise platform operates within the corporate network of the Federal Property Management Agency and provides the body's employees with centralized management of online meetings and video calls. Data processing and storage is carried out on the equipment of the department, while such a video communication network supports operation without access to the Internet and excludes access of unauthorized people to confidential data, as well as excludes blocking and restrictions on the part of external providers and foreign IT companies.

The TrueConf Enterprise platform provides employees of the Federal Property Management Agency with more than 170 secure and public video conferencing in resolution up to 4K UltraHD monthly, which can be connected from workplaces and meeting rooms, as well as from personal laptops, tablets and smartphones. At the same time, the platform supports the rapid connection to the network of new subscribers of the body in the country, which will provide experts of the Federal Property Management Agency with further scaling of the received communications network without additional investments in the IT infrastructure.

"Taking into account the 2020 pandemic and the rapidly growing number of video conferencing, we needed a proven IT solution that would provide employees with secure video communication that eliminates the risks of information leakage. Under restrictions from Western companies, its own video communication system guarantees the availability of the VKS service and does not pose a threat to established remote processes.
