Introduction of automation at Lebzino junction
The ZHAT GK 1520 division introduced digital control of train traffic at the Lebzino junction of the Moscow Railway. About this GC 1520 reported on June 10, 2024.
The object was equipped with microprocessor centralization of the MPC-EL of the development and production of the LAT Division.
The system allows remote control of arrows and traffic lights, self-diagnostics, blocks external cyber attacks, minimizes operating costs throughout the life of the equipment. The automation works reliably in a wide temperature range, is protected from impulse overvoltages.
Digitalization is part of the development project of the Dmitrov - Sonkovo - Mga line leading to the ports of the North-West of Russia. Earlier, digital control was introduced on the line on the roads of Orudyevo and Vlasovo.
Automation will increase the reliability and efficiency of transportation, taking into account the growth of cargo traffic from the central regions of the country.
Introduction of automation at the Orudyevo junction
The National Projectstroy companies completed the first stage of construction of the Orudyevo junction of the Moscow Railway. The day before, digital control of train traffic was introduced at the junction. The work is part of the development program for the Dmitrov - Sonkovo - Mga highway. Its implementation will increase the throughput of the section and optimize cargo flow to the ports of the Gulf of Finland. This was announced by the 1520 Group of Companies on May 13, 2024.
At the junction, a domestic microprocessor centralization system MPC-EL was introduced for the development and production of the ZHAT GK 1520 Division (part of the National Project Building). With the help of the system, you can remotely switch arrows, switch traffic lights, and set train routes. The equipment is protected from impulse overvoltages. To eliminate unauthorized access to digital equipment, protection against cyber attacks is provided.
The junction will consist of two tracks - completely new and reconstructed (each a little more than 1 km long). Under the second ways, specialists from USC 1520 (part of the National Project Building) have already poured about 9,500 cubic meters of roadbed. Also, the onshore platform No. 2 was erected at the facility, 4 turnouts were installed, and 44 foundations of contact network supports were installed, 5 complex transformer substations were built and put into operation.
Introduction of digital automation at Vlasovo junction
The ZHAT GK 1520 division introduced Russian digital automation at the Vlasovo junction of the Moscow Railway. The Group of Companies 1520 announced this on March 26, 2024.
Now the movement at the junction is controlled by the first domestic microprocessor centralization system MPC-EL. With its help, you can remotely translate arrows, switch traffic lights, set train routes. Cyber protection is built into the system to prevent unauthorized access to railway infrastructure.
Digitalization improves the safety, reliability and efficiency of transportation, as well as simplifies technical support and maintenance of systems.
The work is part of the development program for the Dmitrov - Sonkovo - Mga highway on the approaches to the ports of the North-West basin. Its implementation will increase the capacity of the line and optimize cargo flow to the ports of the North-West from the central regions of Russia.
