Thanks to the CDI "Single Customer," the insurer automatically checks all customers in accordance with federal laws. Previously, this work was carried out manually - it took a lot of time. In early August 2022, checking when applying for an insurance policy now takes a few seconds. There was no need for a number of processes that were duplicated in different systems. The CDI also determines whether the client has specified a valid email address.
To facilitate the work of front employees, another HFLabs solution, "Tips," is used to standardize contract details such as name, address, date of birth. They allow you to enter data quickly and without errors. The company will connect Tips to other SberInsurance systems for online standardization of addresses, commented Olga Pozdnyakova, director of insurance practice at HFLabs.
