2022: Gas Analyzer Development
Holding Roselectronics"" State Corporation Rostec on August 3, 2022 announced the development of a portable gas analyzer capable of measuring concentration up to six different gases simultaneously. The device is designed for monitoring industrial and environmental safety, can be used at facilities, and HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES transport during emergency response.
The device is equipped with six measuring channels into which various types of sensors can be installed to determine the volume fraction of methane, propane, hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and volatile organic substances (LHW), as well as to measure the mass concentration in air of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, ammonia.
At the customer's choice, optical, electrochemical and photoionization sensors are installed in the gas analyzer. The device is characterized by an explosion-proof design and has a case protected from dust and moisture.
The gas analyzer was developed by NPP Electronstandard (part of Roselectronics) and entered into the register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation.
The use of gas alarms prevents gas explosions at various industrial facilities, avoids loss of life, destruction of critical infrastructure and environmental problems. Thanks to the applied circuitry solutions, this device can replace several devices at once. Our development is capable of importing gas analyzers with similar characteristics of one company from Germany and MSA (USA), the price of which is two or more times higher. At the beginning of August, we started producing products, - said Olga Pavlyunina, General Director of NPP Electronstandart. |
The enterprises of the Roselectronics holding produce a large range of gas analyzers for domestic and industrial applications. The range of devices includes, among other things, explosion-proof devices with the possibility of integration into safety systems of industrial facilities using wireless communication channels.
