In St. Petersburg, the processes of introducing lean management methods in the urban economy are being intensified. Following the Tourism Development Committee and the Social Nutrition Administration, the Investment Committee joined the Effective Region project. This was announced on August 11, 2022 by the St. Petersburg IAC.

The St. Petersburg Investment Committee intends to improve the process of forming an Address Plan for preparing documents for bidding for the right to build, reconstruct and adapt for modern use.

The targeted plan is formed in order to determine the list of real estate objects in respect of which the documentation necessary for the auction for the sale of a land plot on investment conditions, as well as the approximate timing of the preparation of this documentation, will be prepared.

The targeted plan with the subsequent sale of real estate objects at the auction allows you to increase the budget of St. Petersburg.

As of August 2022, the process of optimizing the formation of the Address Plan was launched. It is planned to reduce the duration of the procedures (from contacting the executive bodies of state power about the possibility of involving the site in economic circulation, to including it in the Address Plan), to increase its demand for potential investors, - said the vice-governor of St. Petersburg Stanislav Kazarin.
