Specialists of the Directorate of Integrated Safety Systems of the Gro up of company Systematica, as part of their participation in the development of design documentation for the sports complex named after E.A. Streltsov, simulated the flows of pedestrian and automobile traffic during mass sports and concert events. The company Group of company Systematica announced this on August 11, 2022.

As part of the participation in the development of project documentation, the Group of company Systematica specialists carried out a comprehensive analysis and calculated the transport accessibility of the facility when traveling by personal transport, as well as pedestrian accessibility from the nearest metro stations, the MCC and ground urban transport stops. The sports complex named after E.A. Streltsov is an iconic sports facility, which for many years hosted matches of the leading football teams of the Soviet Union, the base stadium of the Torpedo Moscow club. For residents of the district, it is a center of attraction, a place for sports, recreation and leisure, located in a picturesque place on the banks of the Moscow River. During the development of the design solutions, special attention was paid to pedestrian flows on the approaches and inside the stadium building, taking into account the need for evacuation in emergency situations. It was also taken into account that the concert capacity of the stadium is 30% higher than its capacity at football matches, - commented Mikhail Elenbogen, head of the design department of the Group of company Systematica, Ph.D.

Based on the results of modeling, 35 recommendations were issued to adjust the design and detailed design documentation. The modeling of pedestrian flows confirmed the validity of the decisions of floor plans, staircases, the location and width of the perimeter gate. The estimated time for the liberation of the stadium and the exit of people beyond the perimeter was 11 minutes.

In the process, we focused primarily on the fact that the Russian international football matches are planned at the stadium, requiring the organization of the event at the highest level, so the development of formal transport schemes was not enough and we tried to use all our accumulated experience in terms of transport services for international sports competitions. Much attention was paid to the analysis of traffic in the actively developing territory of the Danilovsky district around the stadium to reduce the possible negative impact on the street and road network. As a result construction , a side passage was proposed to unload and preserve the capacity of Simonovskaya embankment during peak hours, as well as measures to increase the availability of the territory of the sports complex for low-mobility groups. population After conducting a full-scale survey of passenger traffic and assessing the carrying/throughput capacity of the urban transport infrastructure, a scheme was proposed for organizing a temporary ring route of shuttle buses on the days of top matches, "added Zhantemir Thakakhov, chief expert on transport planning of the Group of company Systematica.

Taking into account all the proposals and recommendations, the process of arrival and departure of visitors during mass events on the territory of the sports complex named after E.A. Streltsova will become comfortable, predictable and safe.

The reporting materials on the work performed by the Group of company Systematica specialists were agreed in the Committee on Architecture and Construction of Moscow, the State Unitary Enterprise "Institute of the General Plan of Moscow," the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow and the FSO of Russia. Positive conclusion of the State Expert Review of Design Documentation was received.
