The JSC Lengazspetsstroy company completed the project on implementation of the accounting system of "1C: Accounting 8", the 1C-Vectro company acted as integrator of the project. Lengazspetsstroy is the chief contractor of JSC Gazprom in the Northwest on construction of pipelines, Arkady Rotenberg famous as the sports trainer of the prime minister Vladimir Putin and the influential businessman holds a controlling stake of the company. Revenue of the company in 2009 made 27.4 billion rubles.

According to the official statement, earlier for accounting automation the enterprise used different programs that affected efficiency of obtaining information from different sources. Many objects of the company are at a great distance, and accounting needed the tool as well for remote data collection in real time. Process of transfer of reporting information in the managing director of SGM LLC company was also complicated. Representatives of 1C-Vectro found it difficult to specify what software for financial accounting Lengazspetsstroy prior to the beginning of the project used.

According to TAdviser, most likely as one of such systems the ERP system of iScala was used. In 2003 the Scala company (then yet not integrated with Epicor) announced contract signature on implementation of this system in Lengazspetsstroy. According to the statement of representatives of vendor, then Gazprom decided that in some child structures there is no sense to use a corporate ERP system of SAP R/3, having managed easier solution.

Demonstrates that Lengazspetsstroy later time decided to refuse iScala including the fact that personnel records in the company were automated afterwards based on CIS Member of a labor party of the St. Petersburg developer "Trics". In the official release devoted to implementation it is said that earlier for automation of accounting of personnel Lengazspetsstroy used the solution of Scala company. "The charter from the implementation lasting for years, the management made the decision on replacement of the western product iScala by the Russian analog", said in the posted online document.

As for the last project, when choosing a new accounting system Lengazspetsstroy considered both systems foreign, and domestic developers, 1C-Vectro reported. Taking into account that the majority of the western developments do not consider the Russian specifics of accounting, and among domestic information systems developments of 1C Company are the most checked, a choice was made for benefit of programs on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8, said in the official statement.

During the project of JSC Lengazspetsstroy it was succeeded "refuse a number of programs and integrate almost all accounting in "1C: Accounting 8", representatives of the company integrator reported. Also some completions and development of additional functionality taking into account features of business of the company were required.

Also work of financial and economic department was automated. To implementation economists regularly carried out laborious work: they collected necessary data from different programs, processed them and only after that entered in spreadsheets for formation of the necessary reporting what required several days. Now they spend for obtaining information 5-10 minutes.

Work with a new system is available in the terminal mode on a satellite link to remote divisions in Kaliningrad, Khabarovsk, on Yamal and in other regions. It affected not only high-speed performance, but also reduced traveling expenses. In the program about 30 users at the same time work. Investments into the project do not reveal the parties.
