To introduce product production accounting and introduce modern accounting practices, it was decided to change the program "1C: Trade Management" to "1C: Integrated Automation" and in parallel to carry out the transition from the configuration "1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0" to "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0."
As a result of the project, more than 100 jobs were automated, the speed of obtaining financial statements increased, the transparency of business processes increased and the number of manual operations decreased.
