2022: Using the electronic archive "Etla"

The Etla company announced on August 19, 2022 that the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Civil Protection Measures Support Service (GBU RB SOMGZ), uses the Etla electronic archive in its work.  The institution is a non-profit organization providing material, technical, financial and other support for civil defense, protection of the population and territories of the Republic of Bashkortostan from emergency situations. The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Belarus SOMGS pays great attention to preventive work: it takes measures to prevent fires, accident-free passage of spring floods.

In its activities, the Civil Protection Measures Support Service interacts with many municipal and commercial structures, works with citizens' appeals: all this is formalized by relevant documents - orders, letters, protocols. Being a budgetary institution, GBU RB SOMGS strictly complies with all the requirements of the current legislation in the field of documentation maintenance. The introduction of the electronic archive "Etla" contributes to the transfer of government agencies to current digital technologies for working with information. 

In 2022, the work of any institution implies not only the use of electronic documents, but the creation of conditions for effective work with them, which is impossible without the use of electronic document management systems (EDMS). They provide fast and unmistakable processing of documents, contribute to the adoption of optimal decisions and their implementation in the shortest possible time.

The implementation of the electronic document management system of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Belarus SOMGS began with the creation of an archive of electronic documents based on the Etla software. 

When comparing the electronic archive "Etla" with alternative software products, its features were noted, including:

• easy deployment and configuration - you can install an electronic archive with minimal cost;
• you can start working with the program out of the box, gradually adapting it to the peculiarities of the document flow of the GBU RB SOMGS;
• intuitive interface makes it easier for users to learn the capabilities of an electronic archive;
• the program was created by a domestic developer taking into account the current standards of workflow, which is fundamentally important for state institutions;
• You can implement the electronic archive "Etla" in stages, without interrupting the current activities of the organization.

The archive functionality can be extended with plug-ins if necessary. For example, to use a legally significant EDS or to automatically digitize and attribute documents of the same type on paper.

It is important that the electronic archive "Etla" supports work with traditional paper documents. The inventory of the paper archive warehouse is included in the general electronic database - the search for the desired document does not depend on whether the electronic document must be found or paper. Any electronic document can be printed, paper - scanned and translated into digital format. The deployment of the electronic archive was carried out by the customer.
