According to the company, like any large modern company, BIZNES AZIYA strives to optimize the level of digitalization and automation, including in terms of logistics. Manual control becomes ineffective, which affects the volume of cargo turnover, so BIZNES AZIYA decided to optimize logistics processes and implement the AXELOT TMS X4 transport and transportation management system, and to solve the optimization problem using the AXELOT SCAP software module.

Within the framework of the project, it was necessary, among other things, to automate route planning from a warehouse in Tashkent. About 1000 applications for transportation are carried out here every day. All flights are divided into two time windows, some flights are operated in the first half of the day, the other part, respectively, in the second. In the morning, vehicles are loaded and left the warehouse in Tashkent to distribute goods to stores, then returned, unloaded returns, if any, again loaded and went on a flight, and in the evening returned to the warehouse.

Before the introduction TMS , flights were planned twice a day: from 11:00 to 16:00, the company's logicians form flights the next day for the following types of products: juices, water, carbonated drinks and instant noodles. From 17:00 to 18:00 there is planning Flights for washing powders and coffee. It was a very laborious process, where the logist manually transferred all orders to the tabular part, put vehicles and drivers himself. Each vehicle was assigned to a specific area, which caused work to be unevenly distributed between drivers. With a shortage of their own vehicles, logicians ordered hired ones. transport Logicians learned about the shortage only at the end of the working day, when all their own cars were distributed on flights.

The implementation brought significant changes to the logistics department, now planning does not take several hours, but 15-20 minutes. Transportation requests are received from the CIS and automatically transferred to the "Transportation Tasks" by event type. After that, the logician plans flights automatically to TMS for real and virtual vehicles and immediately sees how many hired vehicles will be required.

One of the important tasks of the project is to optimize flight planning. It was necessary not only to speed up the process, but also to build routes at the lowest cost. The AXELOT SCAP software module allowed to solve the problem. When building routes, take into account such important factors as: costs at different parts of the supply chain, LIFO principle, time windows for customers, etc. AXELOT SCAP allows you to use different models to perform a task optimization, look at the routing results and find out why the system gave exactly such results. The results of automatic planning can be adjusted already in AXELOT TMS X4 in manual mode.

The garage manager issues waybills for each flight, drivers record the passage of flights in a mobile client, and after the completion of transportation, the garage manager closes the waybills. Data from mobile devices and satellite monitoring allow you to track the route of the vehicle, the mobile client allows you to generate a photo report for both standard (for example, collection) and abnormal (for example, violation packing) situations, the system records the time drivers are at the route point, and in case of delay, the driver reports the reason directly in the mobile device.

Registration of repairs, fuel and lubricants, spare parts and equipment, own fleet and driver's documents is now carried out in TMS without the need to fill out a large number of Excel files paper registers. This is reflected, among other things, in the speed of calculating wages for drivers: if earlier up to 5 working days were spent on this, now only 1-2 is enough.

Each stage of the project was characterized by the strong involvement of the project team members in the study of the company's processes and the subsequent testing of the technologies being implemented. For example, both the head of the logistics department and the logist and consultant of AXELOT went on the flight with the drivers during the testing of the mobile client. In order to implement automatic data transfer from CIS to AXELOT TMS X4, the project team created a single integration landscape of the enterprise. The integration was done with a solution from DATAREON.

The implementation of AXELOT TMS X4 and AXELOT SCAP reduced the time spent on routing by the logistics department, all fleet information is now available in one system, including TMS allows you to see in real time the status and schedule of each machine. Automatic planning made it possible to optimize the daily routes of BIZNES AZIYA, which reduced the number of cars per flight and the speed of points along the route. BIZNES AZIYA transport logistics has become transparent, now management has the opportunity to effectively allocate the company's resources and continue to work on expanding the geography of its presence.
