Content

On the platform of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system the branch of 1C-Rarus company, in Nizhny Novgorod, completes automation of a new autowashing complex of IP Andrey Rumyantsev.

When opening a complex, the owner made the decision on system implementation of accounting and management on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

As obligatory

The customer demanded automatic registration of transactions, the analysis and planning of service prices, improvement of a system of customer service, simplification of work of personnel from a system. The owner of a complex Andrey Rumyantsev commenting on the choice and requirements, explained that he observed a similar system at acquaintances. The main thing in choice assessment, he says, there was a possibility of the solution in uniform information base of problems of accounting and management of work of a complex at the minimum human labor costs, and with the maximum level of control.

About time and the project

The 1C-Rarus company needed two days on on express inspection of business processes of a complex, software installation, connection of a necessary retail store equipment, creation and completion of specialized reports.

Result

The base of the normative reference information about clients, suppliers and employees is created uniform. Processing speed of orders in cafe, customer service quality is increased. Control of activity of personnel on car wash is strengthened. The personnel management system and salary accrual is optimized.
