At the beginning of September 2022, the company employs 1038 users in the SAP system. It does not use distributed databases. The number of employees for whom SAP calculates wages is 2750. Accounting is maintained for 15 legal entities.

Fotrtum notes that the servers of the 1C cluster will run the Russian operating system Astra Linux, and the domestic Postgres Pro Enterprise solution will be used as a DBMS.

The tender terms of reference say that before the start of the project, the contractor will need to analyze a number of business processes of the customer and its requirements for automation of the enterprise. The processes of managing regulatory reference information, purchases, stocks and supplies of materials, investment projects, non-current assets should be analyzed.

Production, wholesale management, accounting and tax accounting, budgeting and planning, treasury, payroll and human resources, tax monitoring should also be analyzed.

Based on the survey, the contractor will need to offer the customer which 1C software products can implement business processes. The Customer insists that among others, the software products "1C: Holding Management" and "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" should be considered.

In the future, the contractor will need to form the concept of the server architecture of the created system and its licensing. At the same time, he will be required to develop a solution architecture in the context of the operation of geographically distributed units, combined with the customer into a single secure data network.
