On September 7, 2022, TalentTech unveiled TalentTech's Small Team Adaptation product. For companies with up to 500 employees, tracks with ready-made template scenarios for self-filling HR have been created.
According to the company, TalentTech Adaptation for small teams is a service with ready-made scenarios for adapting employees, in which, as in the designer, you can change the onboarding track, add and remove stages, use your own corporate colors and images.
What is the peculiarity of universal tracks:
- Each industry has its own adaptation scenario. Four versions of ready-made scenarios are available on the platform - for office workers, for remote and IT specialists, for employees in production and retail. You can choose one of the thematic tracks depending on the needs and features of the company. For each area, the peculiarities of the communication style, the specifics of adaptation materials and its own are taken into account.

- Scripts can be supplemented and edited. Each track consists of six levels - "Acquaintance," "Preparation and Employment," "First Day," "First Week," "Interim Results" and "Completion of Probation." The employee moves through the stages, like a vigre, solves problems, studies
