2022: Service launch in two pilot regions

On September 8, 2022, the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia and Rosmolodezh launched the "Opportunity Navigator" service. The pilot regions were the Moscow region and the Republic of Tatarstan, and by the end of 2022 the service will be available in all regions of the country.

On the platform, young people will be able to get information about current concerts and exhibitions, sign up for the training of interest, find an internship in a company or state institution, as well as learn about sports events, free tourist routes, volunteer events and much more.

Before the implementation of the project, a study was conducted that showed that our audience does not have the ability to centrally search for events, young people are not well informed about those socially useful events that take place in their regions. And since most of the young population of the country is registered on the State Public services portal, it became obvious that this particular platform is suitable for the aggregator. A convenient interface and understandable language as a bonus of the service. Here is information on all existing benefits and offers, competitive mechanics, as well as grant support, - said the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Ksenia Razuvaeva.

The service will be available in the browser, in the State Public services mobile application, and the cultural part will also be available in the Public services Culture application.

Young people from 14 to 35 years old will be able to use it. It is planned that, in this regard, the application "Public services Culture" will expand the audience and will also be available to citizens over 23 years old. For September 2022, the application can be used to issue a "Pushkin Card" from 14 to 22 years inclusive.

Each card will contain information about the events that the young person will receive: who the event is aimed at, what the program will give to the participants, the format of the event and all information about the date, place and organizer of the event. You can sign up for the event, save information in the calendar, assess the quality of the event, write a review and send an invitation to a friend.

According to Rosmolodezh, it is planned that in the future a rating of regions and municipalities will be published on the service based on data on attendance of events and assessments of their quality.

At any request for youth services and services, the Max robot will offer to undergo profiling. The result is a special personal account with data on user preferences.

A free youth ticket will be available for each event. Bonuses for checking will also be awarded.
