2022: Plan of integration into the loyalty program for more than 2 thousand pharmacy chains

On September 8, 2022, Loymax announced that it would integrate a loyalty program for more than 2,000 pharmacy partner chains of the Sozvezdie marketing union, an association of independent participants in the pharmaceutical market. Any pharmacy chains in Russia can become a member of this service platform .

The Sozvezdie Marketing Union unites independent participants in the pharmaceutical market. In total, "Constellation" as of September 2022 has more than 6 thousand pharmacies in the union - these are representatives of various chains and brands of pharmacies. The company decided to create a set of services for the end consumer based on the loyalty platform. This is help in finding answers to health inquiries, consultations with specialists, optimization in the economy to choose a particular drug, recommendations of specialists, rules for taking drugs, a home first-aid kit with contents, expiration dates, reminders of taking and much more. However, the lack of a single product guide in pharmacies, sometimes even in the same business, a difference in the wording of the names of the same drugs and various cash registers caused a delay in the implementation of the program. Soyuz "Constellation" turned to Loymax - for high-quality and operational integration of the loyalty program.

Loymax has proposed a complete implementation of the project, from integrating technical processing to providing marketing support. To overcome the problem of different product catalogs among all partners, Loymax developed and implemented a master system. The advantage of the master system is a single identifier of all goods in the catalog - regardless of the name of the drug. In addition, the company has implemented a call center for consulting loyalty program participants and connected partners.

For the best performance, Loymax implements the project using Loyalty, Bl and Smart Communications modules. The Loyalty module has already been implemented - it is responsible for the ability to manage incentives under the loyalty program: discounts, bonuses and other preferences. BI is a module for analyzing and tracking project results, it will be integrated immediately after the final configuration of the main module is completed. The BI module is necessary for a personal approach to customers and attracting new ones. The Smart Communications module is responsible for communications: client behavior on the site, mailing. BI, SmartCom have already been deployed on the project since April 2022. This principle of operation gives partners the maximum result from the implementation of the loyalty program and the solution of business tasks.

The project has just begun its development, but we can already say that the integration is successful. The first results of Loymax are already noticeable. The company showed operational work and fast feedback. In addition, Loymax specialists offered a convenient system for navigating the master catalog, thanks to which it was not necessary to manually change the names of goods in catalogs, - commented Sergey Eskin, director of the Sozvezdie marketing union.

The project for the union'Constellation' was an interesting challenge for us with very limited timing to launch the pilot. The features of pharmaceutical retail are the use of different cash desks from all partners, the absence of a single standard for maintaining product catalogs, drugs have different identifiers and names in ERP systems. At the same time, there was a need for convenient marketing management, to make it possible to centrally launch an offer on certain lists of goods without copying a dozen shares. We were able to solve our client's problem by adding work with the master catalog when loading goods and when choosing shares. Now you can run mechanics for the specified partners in several clicks or for the entire union of any complexity. We have already seen possible ways to develop the product to optimize work with a large number of partners within the framework of one loyalty program, and further cooperation will be even more productive and significant for the business of partners of the Sozvezdiye union, "commented Alexey Gilin, director of implementation at Loymax.

By the end of 2022, it is planned to develop the Loymax system in the Sozvezdie network and introduce advanced analytics with tracking project indicators to retain more customers. Marketing support in the Constellation union will also be implemented, which will help not only attract new buyers to network partners, but also return those who left earlier.
