On August 11, 2022, Loymax announced the release of an updated version of the module for creating and managing loyalty programs. The Loyalty module is suitable for any business scale, and the updated functionality makes it easier to work and communicate with customers.
The updated version 2022.1 offers significant updates in the field of external integrations. Now all APIs of the system are combined into one set of interfaces, which are strictly divided by access, versioned and accompanied by extended documentation. This allows you to more flexibly configure external integrations.
The changes affected marketing scenarios that are related to the segmentation of loyalty program members. Now you can use any dates set for customers to set up promotions: birthdays, commemorative events, program registrations, status changes, or anniversaries. The module has the opportunity to work with complex composite questions and use data on children, pets, cars. You can track the age of the child over time at the stock level and make relevant offers to customers.
The presented version improved the work with the life of coupons. If earlier it was determined by the settings of the action, now it is set by analogy with the lifetime of bonuses. Coupons can be activated and redeemed not only at the time of issue or use - these events can be postponed for a fixed period of time, until a certain date or start of the day. When the deadline comes to an end, the coupon is withdrawn without additional creation of special shares or manual control.
The interface has become more convenient for work. Users have the ability to copy rules within stocks, which makes it easier to set up similar conditions. The system now stores the rules for sorting the list of stocks and group operations on them.
Significant updates affected the block of communication with customers. By expanding the settings, information about coupons and a description of the status system can be communicated to loyalty program participants automatically. It is also possible to store and use unverified email addresses and customer phones. They can also be validated automatically when the questionnaire is completed. In the loyalty program, you can now register using any number formats according to a given directory - it is not necessary to use the numbers of Russian operators.

The platform has its own API for integration with external services and integration solutions for 18 cash software.
