2022: Production of chillers for industrial cooling launched

Holding "Roselectronics" of the State Corporation Rostec on September 9, 2022 announced the launch of production of chillers for industrial cooling. The equipment is designed for air conditioning and providing cold with complex production processes. The first serial sample was installed and put into operation on the territory of the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G.M. Beriev.

PLUTON chillers are equipped with controllers that allow you to remotely track the operation of the product. The control of the circuit is carried out using electronic expansion valves that allow you to quickly and accurately control the capacity of the plant, as a result of which the consumer is able to increase its energy efficiency. In addition to digital monitoring methods, the units include pressure gauges that provide pressure control.

Chillers are equipped with special protection of the electrical parts of the main components, as well as noise damping panels to protect the compressors from external influence and ingress into the operating installation of animals and birds.

The production of PLUTON chillers is deployed on the Signal nuclear power plant.

Ensuring the necessary climate in industrial premises directly affects the quality of products. PLUTON chillers can have different modifications depending on the customer's requirements and the characteristics of the production processes in the enterprise. The products are designed both for indoor and outdoor installation. The design takes into account all modern requirements for electrical safety, noise level and ecology. On September 9, 2022, the specialists of NPP "Signal" are preparing to send a second chiller, made by order of the Tula NPO "Alloy," - said the general director of the Concern "Automation" Andrei Motorko.
