Ebev of Pharm of RU it is automated in a complex and ERP starts

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation of 1C: Integrated Automation 8 in Ebeve Pharm RU LLC.

Premises to the project

Due to business development, in Ebeve Pharm RU LLC there was a need for a corporate information system for automation of accounting and the analysis of trade operations. Before implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 account in the company was kept by a third party. It was required to create own system for automation of accounting and the analysis of trade operations, personnel management.

Choice of the software product and solving of tasks

For project implementation the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 system as, according to the customer, this product has all necessary potential for the complete solution of assigned tasks at optimal costs for implementation was selected.

Automated management of trade, purchase planning and sales, payroll and personnel records, accounting and tax accounting.

Implementation of an information system is executed within two months.

Result

As a result of business process automation of sales department, a warehouse and logistics with the help of 1C:Enterprise 8 effective control of existence and quality of the medicines coming through customs authorities to Russia is adjusted, delivery of defective products as a result is almost excluded. Control automation by deliveries provided a possibility of sending products to distributors at any moment, purchase orders of necessary medicines are processed 5 times quicker. For sales department the possibility of conducting settlement with distributors on different conditions of agreements and also taking into account the system of bonuses and discounts developed at the enterprise was implemented. Automatically reports on a credit line and on debt due dates form.

Automation of a warehouse allowed to accelerate goods turnover rate. The possibility of conducting inventory accounting of medicines by the cargo customs declarations (CCD) and series of the nomenclature and also a possibility of conducting inventory accounting by the FEFO method (First Expired First Out) – shipment of medicines with the earliest expiration date is implemented. All these innovations gave the chance of effective accounting of defects of medicines and delivery of medicines for check by the relevant supervisory authorities.
