Reduction of leasing deal to 14 minutes

The minimum path of the client from submitting an application to signing a lease agreement with Rosagroleasing JSC "" was 14 minutes. The company announced this on July 28, 2023. High performance was achieved thanks to robotizations the service of leasing transactions in the field, AGRARIAN AND INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX which the company launched in early 2023 as part of a digital transformation strategy.

The system allows you to completely exclude the participation of a person from the moment the application is made to the signing of documents, which significantly speeds up the process of transferring agricultural equipment to leasing. At the same time, robotization affects both the process of issuing a new transaction and the support of existing ones.

According to Roman Vladimirov, Deputy Head of the Department for the Development of Information Systems at Rosagroleasing, using the robotization service, the teams carried out by the company's employees when accompanying the transaction are completely excluded. In addition, the decision on the contract has been reduced to 5 minutes.

Since the start of automation, we have seen a significant transformation of business processes. Optimization has affected all stages of the transaction, including a significantly reduced deadline for the implementation of the main stages. All this led to an increase in transactions formed and agreed by the robot - in June they accounted for 9% of the total number of concluded contracts. Therefore, now we set ourselves larger goals. First of all, we plan to increase the number of customers who have concluded robotic deals with the company, we will do this by connecting our agent dealers to the system and expanding access for all categories of farmers, even those who have not yet worked with us. Thus, by the end of 2023, we intend to bring the number of automated agreements to 25-30%, the expert explained.

As of July 2023, the system using the robot is not available for all categories of customers. First of all, agricultural producers who previously worked with Rosagroleasing, who have a positive payment discipline, go according to the robotic scheme.

You can conclude a lease agreement from any mobile device. To do this, in your personal account, the client can choose the necessary agricultural machinery, issue an application and, after its approval, sign an agreement that is also automatically formed.

Conducting the first robotic leasing transaction in Russia

On March 24, 2023, the state leasing company Rosagroleasing announced to TAdviser the launch of Russia's first robotization system for leasing transactions in the agro-industrial complex, in which a person is connected only to sign documents. With the help of this system, the company has already carried out its first deal, concluding seven leasing agreements with an agricultural enterprise from the Republic of Tatarstan, ALGA LLC.

The robotization system is used at the stage of starting work with the client when submitting an application before the equipment arrives at the lessee, which, according to company representatives, makes it possible to significantly speed up the process of transferring agricultural equipment to leasing. In particular, thanks to the launch of the system, the time for issuing a lease agreement from the client was reduced to 15 minutes, Rosagroleasing emphasized.

You can conclude a lease agreement from any mobile device. To do this, through the company's website, you need to go to your personal account, select the necessary agricultural machinery, issue an application and sign an agreement formed automatically. At this stage, the client independently selects the appropriate and convenient parameters of the leasing transaction, taking into account financial capabilities.

The system in real time offers the agricultural producer individual conditions, including the lease period and the minimum amount of the advance payment, and makes a decision within only three minutes, the company said.

At the stage of preparation for shipment, the client also had the opportunity to automatically select a convenient date for receiving equipment.

According to Rosagroleasing, the system for remote electronic transactions is implemented on the company's own technologies with the involvement of SPARK, BKI and other external counterparty verification services. At the same time, human participation is assumed only at the stage of signing financially significant documents through a qualified electronic signature.

According to him, as a result of the changes and due to automation, actions that are not of value to the client were cut off from the main business process and the duration of the key stages was minimized. In general, the term for the implementation of the task from the beginning of the analysis and collection of requirements to the commissioning of the service was a little less than 10 months, Roman Vladimirov said.

At the first stage of operation, the system using the robot is not available for all categories of customers. First of all, agricultural producers who have previously worked with Rosagroleasing, who have a positive payment discipline, go according to the robotic scheme. The company plans to connect all other customers to the service by the end of the third quarter of 2023.

2022: System Launch Plan for Leasing Deal Robotization

In early 2023, Rosagroleasing will launch a system for robotizing leasing transactions, which will completely exclude human participation. Roman Vladimirov, deputy head of the company's Information Technology Department, spoke about this in September 2022.

Thus, every 5th client of the company uses our mobile application to choose equipment, and the average monthly traffic of the site is over 80 thousand transitions, in addition, we receive almost 90% of applications through the client's personal account and mobile application. We went further and decided to completely transfer the process of transferring equipment to leasing in electronic form, while human participation is assumed only at the stage of signing financial and significant documents, through electronic digital signature (EDS). Until 2024, Rosagroleasing is implementing a digital transformation strategy. The company plans to become a smart company with a developed IT infrastructure, running on domestic software, having its own ecosystem and helping to implement digital support for the agro-industrial complex and related industries.

As of September 16, 2022, the company has already transferred all business processes to digital format: the first marketplace of agricultural machinery and equipment on the market was launched, and its own mobile application was developed that allows farmers from anywhere in the country to purchase equipment for leasing using a phone. It is available for download both in the App Store and on the Russian digital platforms RuStore and NashStore.
