2022: Introduction of Digital MultiPassport

On September 15, 2022, the MONTRANS group of companies announced that it was committing a digital transformation within itself. Equipment, services, equipment, and employees have become elements of the same ecosystem. Around the clock in 24/7 format, machines, devices and people interact with each other in the cloud service. And it all starts in the morning, when experts celebrate their arrival at the workplace. MONTRANS began using universal employee cards in 2018. Since then, smart plastic has been regularly updated with features. Access control and control systems have different encryption protocols, and it would be inconvenient for employees to carry several cards with them. Multi-format plastic simplifies the life of personnel, makes the picture of the working day transparent and optimizes the cost of production processes.

The MONTRANS card has become multi-format. On the technical side, this means that it contains several RFID technologies at once, as well as a digital module for use in various customer applications. As of September 2022, when employing, a new employee receives a registered electronic document that connects several services, such as: maintaining a time sheet, access to driving a car, accounting for material values, a pass for moving around the enterprise, obtaining fuel and lubricants. The use of such a solution allows you to draw up a so-called "digital footprint" of an employee. The card can be suspended or completed in a couple of minutes. For example, in case of dismissal, the card can simply be blocked,

The MONTRANS multi-passport accompanies the employee throughout the day. With the help of the map, engineers receive tools and equipment in the warehouse. It is enough to attach a smart card to the reader so that all scanned items are automatically moved to the performer in the 1C program.

To go to the object in a corporate car, the employee must identify himself using a map in the car cab. The fact that the identity of the specialist coincides with electronic plastic data is checked by the MONTRANS DVR driver control and assistance video system. Information about all events taking place with the car and the driver is transmitted to the cloud service.

According to the same map, the employee refills the car. All data on the volume of fuel received, the place-time of refueling and the amount of the transaction instantly go into the clouds.

The most pleasant use of a multi-passport is lunch in a restaurant. MONTRANS employees have two establishments to choose from and up to 10 business lunch options. Lunch is paid for by the company. This is one of the motivations - why colleagues value their map.

MONTRANS has digitized its office staff. Prior to that, we transferred all equipment installation and maintenance engineers to "digital." As of September 2022, they work in a mobile application. They have the opportunity, without visiting the office, to receive an assignment, report on the work performed, send financial documents or personnel workflow documents. This simplifies our interaction, especially if employees are in "fields." The situation is similar with regional offices. This is very convenient, since an employee in his personal account can receive all certificates, documents, submit memos without running around the office. Moving to "digital" allows a specialist to feel protected. In addition, timely issuance of documents helps reduce the bureaucracy in the company and set deadlines for obtaining electronic papers,

The next step in the digitalization of the MONTRANS team is the transition to wireless transmission. data NFC Chips and multi-passport codes will be are integrated with the phone of each employee. So that in the near future the company will come one step closer to management, and artificial intelligence plastic cards will become a relic of the past.
