2022: Transition to "1C Trading Management 11.5"
On September 19, 2022, the Cinim ex company announced the implementation of a project to transfer the Park Group network of digital equipment retail stores to another trade management system.
For 20 years, PARK Group has been using and finalizing an accounting system based on 1C: Management of a Trading Enterprise 10.3. During this period, a huge number of functionality was implemented in this system: automatic forecasting of future sales and calculating the needs of the enterprise and each of the retail outlets in the inventory; automatic generation of orders to suppliers and categorization of goods based on accumulated sales statistics; the cashier's "advanced" workplace, giving the consultant seller clues; Intelligent Marketing Designer and more.
The specialists of the company "Cinimex" made a transition from the current highly modified system to "1C Trade Management 11.5" with the transfer and adaptation of existing modifications to the standard functionality of the system.
We were faced with the task of removing the technological limitations of the outdated platform - in particular, the long wait for users due to automatic locks. In addition, we wanted to get a system based on the current version of 1C Trade Management 11.5 to support legislative changes, for example, the introduction of labeling on the product range, "said Ivan Shevtsov, owner of PARK Group. |
The complexity of the project was the lack of documentation on previously made modifications and business processes of the company. We refactored the system, analyzing the historical code and experience of key users. The experience of our specialists in the field of automation made it possible to adapt the functionality of the system and achieve the goals set by the customer. Thanks to the implemented solution, the digital retailer will be able to avoid delays in the implementation of business processes for all their participants, - said Andrey Guryev, director of automation of enterprise management systems at Cinimex. |
