Gazprom on September 20, 2022 presented a prototype of a digital platform for managing the processes of diagnostics and repairs of production assets. The key developments implemented jointly with the platform developer, Bimeister, are the use of equipment reliability management and risk analysis systems.

The systems allow you to optimize the processes associated with the maintenance of industrial assets, accurately plan repair work at the enterprise and predict possible equipment failures. This makes it possible to operate hazardous production facilities efficiently and safely, as well as reduce operating costs and the risk of emergency situations.

We are pleased that such a large company as Gazprom is actively introducing digital technologies in accordance with the adopted digital transformation strategy. - commented the general director of Bimeister Group Yevgeny Khafizov. - This system is fully developed on Russian software products, its implementation will allow enterprises to gain independence from Western solutions, which is very important in conditions of limited imports, and will also make it possible to reach a fundamentally different level of industrial safety.
