Myasnikov Alexander Leonidovich (born in Leningrad, RSFSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian cardiologist, general practitioner, television, radio host and public figure, author of books on health.
Born in a family of hereditary doctors. The Myasnikov medical dynasty originates in the 19th century in the city of Krasny Kholm, Tver Region, there is a family museum. He is the grandson of A. L. Myasnikov (1899-1965), a Soviet scientist, chairman of the All-Russian Society of Therapists, and the son of candidate of medical sciences Leonid Alexandrovich Myasnikov (1928-1973) and Olga Khalilovna Aliyeva (April 17, 1927 - January 27, 2020) - gerontologist (stepfather - Ivan Dorba).
