2022: Myasnikov became the owner of a clinic in Moscow

In September 2022, it became known that the host of the TV program "Doctor Myasnikov" and the chief physician Moscow of the city hospital No. 71 Alexander Myasnikov became the owner of the clinic "Intermediate Center" in the capital. This is the only medical center that the doctor owns directly, points out. Kommersant

Another clinic where the Moscow name is mentioned Myasnikova is in the possession of his wife. Earlier, the doctor tried to develop multidisciplinary medical institutions under the franchise, but the projects did not work.

The clinic "Intermediate Center" has previously used the name of the popular TV presenter as its founder. However, he was never its owner. The last owner of the clinic is Ekaterina Sokolova, the wife of Dmitry Klyuev, who was considered in 2003-2005 the beneficiary of the already liquidated Universal Savings Bank.

Although this is the first case of Myasnikov's sole acquisition of a clinic, the teledoctor already has experience in commercial medicine. In 2002, he became the co-founder (25%) of the American MDM Clinic, which lasted six years. Created in 2007, "Intermedcenter" immediately emphasized the connection with the TV presenter's previous asset, indicating on the website that "MDM" was renamed "Intermedcenter."

Earlier, the TV presenter planned to launch a network of polyclinics of the mass segment. It was supposed to be developed by franchise. For this, LLC Diagnostics of Dr. Myasnikov was created. But the company never received a license for medical activities, and then was liquidated by the decision of the founders.

The launch of multidisciplinary franchise clinics requires large investments, and it was not easy to find an investor ready to invest the necessary volume, but now it is especially difficult, says Franchiza.ru expert Anna Rozhdestvenskaya. According to her, usually those who have experience in the medical business apply for such a franchise, which further narrows the circle of interested parties.[1]
