2023: 5G SA support

Nexign on October 16, 2023 released an updated revenue management solution for telecom operators - Nexign Revenue Management. It helps to monetize any existing and promising services and manage the process of generating profit across all business areas on a single converged platform. The solution is designed to support the business of any type of telecom operator. With Nexign Revenue Management, operators can become providers of a wide range of digital services and improve operational efficiency. According to TM Forum, these are among the key factors influencing revenue growth in the telecom market in 2023. Nexign Revenue Management is a completely Russian development that can replace foreign BSS and monetization systems.

Nexign Revenue Management has added features for charging and policy management in 5G SA networks. They support Russian operators who launch pilots or work on a technological map for the development of a new generation of communications. The solution also allows the implementation of scenarios for the monetization of 5G networks based on the deployed 4G infrastructure. For example, it can be used to prioritize traffic for different applications, to manage the quality of communication for traffic of partners and subscribers of congested base stations.

Through seamless integration of partner products and services into its portfolio, the operator can create comprehensive offerings for both B2C- and B2B customers. In addition, the development of a sales partner network helps to increase the customer base and enter other market segments. Nexign Revenue Management unifies settlement management with different types of partners: OTT services, providers of any digital services and dealers.

Nexign continues to include support for services that will generate additional indirect revenue from telecommunications services for the carrier. For example, Nexign Revenue Management supports minimum guaranteed payment services, interest installments and an exchange for exchanging minutes, SMS and gigabytes between subscribers.

In recent years, we have seen a trend towards stagnation of revenue on the telecom market. Under these conditions, market leaders rely on business diversification: creating their own ecosystems and offerings in the field of cloud computing and IoT for the retail and corporate segment, new complex services in the telecom and digital environment. Therefore, telecom operators need a converged platform that does not limit, but supports such diversification and helps monetize any services in all areas of business. Nexign Revenue Management provides the consolidation and flexibility required for this, "said Maxim Nartov, Director of Business Development at Nexign.

Nexign Revenue Management is built on a modular microservice architecture and easily integrates into the existing BSS landscape with TM Forum-certified APIs. The use of a flexible low-code catalog allows business users to create new tariffs and services themselves and bring offers to the market faster.

Nexign Revenue Management can process 100,000 transactions per second and 1.5 billion events per day. The solution meets the international industry standards of 3GPP, ETSI and TM Forum.

When telecom operators begin to actively expand product portfolios, master business areas and quickly launch products, they need a modern and flexible monetization system that meets the conditions of a dynamically developing market. In addition, the issues of optimizing efficiency and reducing operating costs come to the fore. Responding to the needs of operators, we present a solution to optimize the management of the monetization process, harmonize all revenue streams and ensure convergent user interaction across all verticals.
