2020: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"

The PRIME cafe chain and 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT in January 2020 announced the successful completion of the comprehensive customer automation project.

PRIMSTAR Restaurants Group LLC operates a network of PRIME cafes, an operator of the premium fast food segment. In addition to the cafe itself, the network has a delivery service and its own production and distribution complex.

Previously, operating activities in the company were conducted in a separate database developed by a foreign vendor. The decision to change this system had a number of reasons: the high need of the system for computing power, the rigidity of the system in terms of customization, the complexity of integration with other systems. Also, spreadsheets were used to account for and manage the operational loop, which made operational accounting difficult and did not allow correlating data with "one click."

In warehouses, the address warehouse management system was used, but reports for other departments were filled out manually, so orders to suppliers were often issued in a planned manner, without a real picture.

The management of PRIMSTAR Restaurants Group set a goal - to optimize the manageability of the enterprise and reduce labor costs for maintaining operational accounting of PRIMSTAR Restaurants Group LLC through the automation of sites: procurement, warehouse, production, treasury, sales.

To solve the tasks, the systems "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" were selected. The implementation partner was the WiseAdvice - WiseAdvice-IT automation department. Implementation work was carried out using the design technology (technology for managing projects for implementing solutions of the 1C: Enterprise system, which allows you to manage complex implementations).

The tasks implemented during the project:

  • The transparency of production operations has been optimized;
  • Production planning is simplified;
  • Increased accuracy of procurement planning;
  • The accuracy of inventory balances has been optimized;
  • The NSI was cleared of irrelevant data;
  • The number of manual data entry is reduced;
  • The efficiency of obtaining analytical information has been optimized.

As a result of the project, the process of production planning is automated, the control of production operations is strengthened and the accuracy of procurement planning is optimized. 150 workplaces were automated.
