2019: Automation of management and operational accounting on the basis of "1C:ERP"

Ice cream producer OJSC Trading House Russky Kholod has automated key business processes using the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 system. This became known in August 2019 from an automation partner, the federal 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT.

The regulated accounting in the company TD "Russky Kholod" was not previously set up for production needs and the accounting was kept separately. The existing obsolete system based on 1C: Enterprise 7.7 did not allow sales operations between its firms.

There were regular problems with fixation and transmission. data There was no actual operational information for management accounting. The operating contour - business processes sales, purchasing and warehouse - was managed in a separate database. This prevented managers from receiving the necessary data on demand.

Implementation work was carried out using "1C: Quick Result Technology." The functional framework of the project affected the management and operational contour, as well as the block of regulated accounting.

Project results:

• Data migration from 1C: Enterprise 7.7 and 1C: Trade Management 8 to 1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2.4 ";
• Creation of mechanisms for database data integration 1C:ERP management accounting and 1C:ERP accounting;
• Downloading users to the 1C:ERP according to the provided list;
• Training of users to work in 1C:ERP;
• Finalization of the mechanism for loading residues and NSI from historical systems in terms of additional loading of counterparties-stores with different checkpoints;
• Development of a mechanism for recording revenue from collectors;
• Change the mechanism for loading an item into ERP from a file;
• Analysis and optimization of the performance of the 1C:ERP information system;
• Providing technical support to users during the test operation of the 1C:ERP system.

As a result of the project, the system was put into pilot operation in less than a year and a half.
