nanoTDMS of Elaros

The automated system of information support of production processes in the field of design of objects of industrial and civil engineering developed according to the GOST 21.101-97 interstate standard. "The system of the project documentation for construction. Main requirements to the project and work documentation" (SPDS).

Scope

The system of collective development of the project documentation nanoTDMS Elaros provides effective support of procedures of creation, accounting, storage and reuse of project documents within the order of development and the approval of structure of the project recommended in SPDS.

Long-term experience of interaction of system developers with the leading Russian design institutes working in the field of industrial and civil engineering and also design divisions of steel, chemical and oil refineries is the basis for Elaros.

Elaros is the first subject-oriented product among the applications, ready for adaptation, created on the nanoTDMS platform. The Nanosoft company positions nanoTDMS of Elaros as a structural basis of an end-to-end system of information management of the project-oriented enterprise and plans further intensive development of a system.

Except accomplishment of basic function on development of the design estimates, nanoTDMS of Elaros it can be applied by the different operational, controlling and claiming organizations as electronic archive of construction objects. The Elaros system is downward compatible with the nanoTDMS application of Corrado and can act as updating of this system. nanoTDMS of Elaros provides the solution of the following tasks:

Development of structure of the project documentation

Automation of development process of structure of the project using the qualifiers of document types, brands of sets, the list of sections of the project, structure of production divisions approved in STP, etc.

Differentiation of access rights to sections of the project according to the level of competence of users – from the project manager to the contractor of the specific document.

Development of project documents

Collective development of project documents using the regulated procedures of check, approval and statement.

• Support of versions of project and estimate documents.
• Routing of information messages, tasks and documents by means of the built-in mail module.
• Possibility of use of autosubstitution of document templates, means of autoformation of ciphers, formations of names of the document files and other automation equipment and quality control used when developing project documents.
• Verification (normative and engineering control) of documents in electronic form with a possibility of creation of text and graphic comments.
• Management of making changes in the approved documents in electronic form.
