Nanosoft JSC is a Russian developer of solutions in the field of CAD and electronic document management. The main goal is to develop and promote the domestic CAD platform nanoCAD.

The company JSC "Nanosoft," created in 2008, forms the conditions for a massive transition from the use of unlicensed CAD software to work with legal products. The company is doing everything in its power to ensure that users' costs for this transition are minimal.

2023: Revenue growth by 20% to RUB 3.5 billion

On November 21, 2024, Nanosoft JSC reported audited financial results according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) for the years ended December 31, 2023, December 31, 2022  and December 31, 2021.

Revenue for 2023  amounted to 3.5 billion rubles   . compared to 2.9 billion rubles  . in 2022 (an increase of 20% year-on-year (YoY)).

SGTRi revenue  for the period 2021-2023 amounted to 65%. This growth rate was provided by a significant expansion of the customer base, as well as an increase in  sales of software to current customers due to the implementation of vertical solutions. Additional drivers include an increase in revenue from software maintenance services.

The Group's revenue growth is partly due to the current situation in  the Russian engineering software market following the departure of foreign vendors. Another factor in the growth of the Group's business was the quality of the ecosystem product offering "Nanosoft," characterized by the completeness of functionality and the similarity of the interface with the interface of solutions from global leaders.

Gross profit in 2023  increased by 27% compared to the same indicator in 2022 , reaching 2.4 billion rubles.

SGTR gross profit  for the period 2021-2023 amounted to 96%.  Gross profit margin  in 2023  was 67%, showing an increase of 4 pp compared to 2022 . EBITDA for 2023  increased by 18% YoY to   RUB 1.4 billion.

SSTR EBITDA  for the period 2021-2023  amounted to 99%. The rapid growth of EBITDA was facilitated by the rapid growth of revenue with effective control over operating costs in the context of the active scaling of the business.

EBITDA margin   in 2023   was 41%, which corresponds to 2022 . The Group was able to achieve an outstanding level of operating efficiency, increasing costs slower than revenue. Scorr. EBITDAii  in 2023 increased by 14% YoY to RUB 1.1 billion .

 From 2021 , the Scorr. EBITDA increased 4.3 times. The growth reflects the Group's ability to generate positive cash flows for both creditors and shareholders.

Scorecard profitability . EBITDA  in 2023  amounted to 37% , while maintaining the high operating efficiency of the Group's business and its low capital intensity.

Net profit for 2023  increased by 35% compared to the same indicator at the end of 2022 , reaching 1.6 billion rubles. The indicator increased against the background of growing business scale and effective control over expenses with negative indicators of net debt.

SGTR of net profit  for the period 2021-2023 amounted to 120%.  Net profit margin  in 2023  was 45%  compared to 40% in 2022 . The net debt to EBITDA ratio  at the end of 2023  was negative at  (2.2x).

We have grown especially actively over the past three years - Nanosoft retained its position in the base market CAD  and took high positions in most segments of the engineering market. Since  ON 2021  , the Group's revenue has almost tripled and reached  RUB 3.5 billion in 2023 , reflecting the expansion of its customer base and increased sales. Despite the rapid growth, the company has maintained high operational efficiency and has one of the highest industries gross profit margins at 67%. We continue to form our ecosystem of engineering software, complementing it  with products in demand on the market. We now have a holistic suite of solutions applicable to both land management, architecture and, as well  constructions as engineering systems design of any level of complexity in the field of mechanical engineering. 2024:1 million users leaked

In early December 2024, it became known that cybercriminals had at their disposal the personal data of about 1 million users of the products of the Russian CAD manufacturer Nanosoft. The stolen information is publicly available on the Internet.

According to the Telegram channel "Information Leaks," a full SQL dump of the nanocad.ru website ("Nanosoft") got on the Web. The database contains data such as surnames and usernames, their gender, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, hashed passwords. In total, the leak includes 959,565 lines with personal information.

Nanosoft is engaged in the development of engineering software: computer-aided design (CAD/CAD) technologies, information modeling (TIM/BIM) and support of industrial and civil construction (ASG) facilities at all stages of the life cycle, as well as means of end-to-end digitalization of all processes in production. The flagship product is the domestic CAD platform nanoCAD. The Nanosoft website says that more than 15 thousand customers from various fields use its solutions.

As of December 4, 2024, the Nanosoft company itself does not comment on the leak situation. Using stolen personal information, attackers can organize deeply personalized phishing attacks and other fraudulent schemes aimed at stealing money. Cybercriminals get the opportunity to put victims to sleep, which significantly increases the chances of a fraudulent campaign succeeding. At the same time, leaked phone numbers allow mass advertising calls.

2018: Offering 17 own software products

As of November 2018, Nanosoft offered 17 of its own software products, the flagship of which is the nanoCAD Plus platform. Based on nanoCAD, civil engineering solutions have been created in all major areas. The company provides nanoCAD Engineering BIM - a software product that includes five professional tools for design engineers and allows you to develop engineering systems of facilities and structures, as well as a system for electronic document management - the NormaCS information and reference system.

The second area of ​ ​ activity is the distribution of own products and solutions from other manufacturers. The company defends the principles of open cooperation - that is why it interacts on the market both with Russian developers (CSoft Development, CSoft Terra, C3D Labs, NTP Pipeline, Fidesys, SCAD Office and others), and with foreign vendors, including Siemens PLM Software, Mentor Graphics, Graphisoft, PTC.

As of November 2018, the company's partner network consisted of more than 150 dealers specializing in the sale and implementation of software products for Russian design engineers. The number of Nanosoft customers in Russia reached 10 thousand. The company supplied Russian software to 44 countries.

Nanosoft CJSC is a Russian company established in 2008, providing customers with solutions in the field of CAD and electronic document management.
