2021: Automation of business processes based on "1C: Integrated Automation 8 "

In July 2021, the federal 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT announced the completion of the project for the implementation of a 1C: Integrated Automation platform-based configuration 1C:Enterprise 8.3 for the company (EXTRAS FRANCHISING d.). Rostov-on-Don

During the project, work was carried out on the configuration and implementation of standard software: from consultations on the selection of software and options for its maintenance to the implementation and settings of the solution for maintaining comprehensive accounting of the company's activities. Integration with other 1C: Enterprise-based systems has been implemented.

Automated features:

• Finance, Management Accounting, Performance Monitoring:
  • Accounting: (Bank and cash desk, Settlements with counterparties, Inventory, Trading operations, Production operations, Fixed assets, Intangible assets, Payroll and personnel accounting, Period completion, Regulated reporting);
  • Tax accounting.

• Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Management (SFM, WMS):
  • Calculation of the standard cost of orders;
  • Pricing, price lists;
  • ABC/XYZ sales analysis;
  • Sales planning;
  • Inventory sales accounting;
  • Inventory management.

• Human Resources and Human Resources (HRM):
  • Payroll;
  • Personnel accounting;
  • Regulated reporting;
  • Employee employment planning: vacations and/or other activities.

Consulting support was provided, a paid 1S:ITS agreement was drawn up to support and easily update versions of the system.
