2019: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"

As of August 2019, it became known that HRS (Ech A Es LLC) has introduced 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.

The current accounting system one has ceased to meet the growing requirements of the business. They decided to introduce a single information system for maintaining operational, managerial financial and accounting based on the solution ": 1CERP Enterprise Management 2." At the same time, operating activities should have been carried out in the context of 14 end-to-end analyst solutions for the following subsystems:

• Marketing, Sales Management, CRM;
• Warehouse, purchasing;
• Operational and management accounting;
• Treasury, financial and international accounting.

HRS management contacted WiseAdvice-IT to obtain a single information source for corporate reporting.

Project Functional Framework:

• Maintaining consolidated accounting and obtaining reports of more than 40 foreign legal entities in a single database;
• Implementation of multilingual interface and translation subsystem;
• Implementation of multi-currency accounting of economic activities and arrangement of storage of exchange rates of each location;
• VAT accounting for regional rates of each location;
• Project management and human resources planning.

Integration with internal corporate systems and local accounting databases was carried out: ServiceDesk (internal development of HRS), 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, 1C: Accounting 8.

Results of 1C:ERP implementation:

• An ERP system was introduced with the simultaneous operation of more than 40 foreign legal entities;
• The system of differentiated regulated and management accounting within the framework of key documents has been implemented;
• The settlement subsystem with customers is optimized with the ability to detail customer orders, invoices and settlement documents;
• Universalization of layouts with the ability to print data and field headers in the selected foreign language;
• A project management subsystem has been implemented with the ability to plan human resources for project tasks.
