The construction of the gas boiler house with an installed capacity of 28 MW, including the construction of an external gas pipeline and obtaining all the necessary licenses and permits, took less than 9 months. It usually takes 1 to 1.5 years.

It was possible to speed up the process due to the parallel implementation of the work on the design and manufacture of the boiler house, as well as due to the convenience of transportation of composite modules and a reduction in the time for installation and commissioning.

All the main equipment of the boiler house for the Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise (hot water boiler, pump system, heat exchangers chemical and water treatment system) is domestic production. The total economic effect from the moment of launch of the facility until 2024 will exceed 200 million, rubles- said Dmitry Gottlieb, General Director of RT-Energo LLC.

The operation of the boiler house is fully automated, due to this, the power generation unit does not require expenses for the maintenance of permanent maintenance personnel. Project payback - 3 years.
