The administration of the Voronezh region uses EDMS and purchases the unlimited license

The IT company conducts works on system implementation of electronic document management in public authorities of the Voronezh region. Feature of the project - transfer of the non-exclusive rights of use of the software of EDMS BOSS-Referent: A state administration for unlimited number of users.

Background

In 2003 the IT won the tender for implementation of EDMS. Within a pilot project jobs of several structural divisions of the government were automated, mechanisms of electronic document registration were fulfilled, reports on performing discipline were developed.

The completion of a number of components of a system executed in the project progress allowed to adapt EDMS BOSS-Referent: A state administration under specific features of work with documents in the government.

For the beginning of 2009 in systems 234 users worked.

Implementation of uniform EDMS based on the software tool BOSS-Referent: A state administration which included all divisions of Administration and executive authorities of the Voronezh region. Workflow automation of Central office and regional managements of administration of the Voronezh region is performed. The project provides also completion of functionality of a system under specifics of office-work of the customer, scaling of an electronic document management system, distance learning of users. For February, 2009 in a system more than 200 user jobs are set. During 2009 replication in the organizations subordinated to administration, expansion of a system to 400 jobs is planned.

Our days

So far 465 users among whom the staff of all divisions of the government and executive bodies of the government of the Voronezh region are connected to a system.

However, until now not all structures were covered by the geographically distributed system of messages therefore the government of the Voronezh region considered necessary to acquire the non-exclusive right to use of the software solution BOSS-Referent: A state administration for unlimited number of users.
