2022: Your Harvest Cloud Platform Development

The Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation announced on September 26, 2022, the development of a cloud platform for smart crop production, Your Harvest. Due to the use of digital technologies, the solution is able to form task maps for agricultural machinery, plan sowing work, and also give recommendations on the use of fertilizers. The introduction of the platform will increase harvest, reduce the downtime of equipment, as well as reduce the cost of seed and agrochemical products.

After loading data chemical into the soil analysis system, the solution draws up a "digital map" of farmland and provides agroproducers information for maximum harvest at a specific site.

The platform forms recommendations on the optimal technology of agricultural production, including digital task cards for the application of fertilizers and chemical protective equipment, which are transferred using a flash drive to the on-board computer of agricultural machinery, which controls actuators - sprinklers and spreaders. The platform is built on the basis of cloud technologies, while user data is reliably protected.

The software product developed by Roselectronics specialists combines the functionality of a whole range of digital solutions that will allow farms and agricultural holdings to optimize their activities based on the principles of precision farming. Thus, the use of the platform will help reduce the cost of seeds and fertilizers, reduce the downtime of equipment and increase harvest. The use of development will increase the economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Russia, which will be appreciated by entrepreneurs in the agricultural segment, said the executive director of Rostec State Corporation, Oleg Yevtushenko.

The solution was created by the Research Institute of Information Technologies (NIIIT), which is part of Roselectronics, and the Federal Scientific Center for Bast Crops provides scientific support for the development.

This development provides consumers with an intelligent scalable tool for managing agricultural production based on domestic protected information technologies. In the future, it is planned to create an agro-consulting center on the basis of the enterprise, which will introduce digital solutions of its own development at agricultural enterprises, " told the general director of NIIIT, Marina Deykina.

A basic version of the cloud platform has been developed for September 2022. Production tests of the system, taking place on the experimental fields of the Tver and Tula regions, will be completed in 2022.
