2018: Automation of integrated PC LEADER management system based on 1C:ERP

The production company LEADER has been operating in the soft drinks bottling market for more than 19 years, produces more than 100 names of various drinks in almost all existing categories of the soft drinks group. Constantly developing and increasing production capacity, the company needed a software tool that could connect the warehouse system, sales, purchasing and planning.

In this regard, in 2018, the company faced the task of introducing a comprehensive automation system. To solve this problem, the software product 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.0, created on the basis of technological 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3, was chosen. The implementation partner was WiseAdvice-IT, the official certified partner of 1C since 2003.

Within the framework of the classical design technology, the following works were carried out:

  • Collect and analyze customer requirements for the automated system by interviewing;
  • Development of design methodology, planning of work stages, preparation of work schedule. Provision of TA to the customer;
  • Technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system (adaptation);
  • Launch of modified subsystems in test mode, development of "feedback" from users;
  • Implemented two-way integration with 1C: Enterprise Accounting 3.0, WMS Logistics. Warehouse management;
  • Integration with external providers EDI ones to ensure legally relevant document flow with network buyers;
  • Training of users;
  • Transfer data from previous automation systems.

Commissioning took place on April 30, 2018. As a final result, the customer's business users obtained effective management accounting tools that meet their requirements. The implementation of the system ensured the work of all 1S:KA users in a single information space, including operations with counterparties on EDO. 100 workplaces were automated.
