2016: Building a financial accounting system based on 1C: Integrated automation for Prime Restaurants Group

In December 2016, Prime Restaurants Group successfully put into commercial operation a new accounting system based on 1C: Integrated Automation 2. The contractor was WiseAdvice-IT. Automation area: financial accounting.

Application solution 1C: Integrated automation 2 helped to build a modern financial accounting system, determine management indicators with the possibility of mobile financial management.

During the implementation of the software product, the following were automated:

• Budgeting, financial planning;
• Financial analysis;
• Management accounting and cost calculation using the ABC method;
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators of the enterprise;
• Balanced BSC scorecard;
• Data analysis and forecasting;
• Cash management;
• Data consolidation;
• Calculation of dividends;
• Management accounting.

WiseAdvice-IT specialists timely and efficiently performed the following works:

• Advised the customer on the choice of software and options for its maintenance;
• Sold and delivered PP to the office;
• Installed PCBs on customer's computers;
• Set up and implemented a typical 1C configuration: Integrated automation 2 on the 1C platform: Enterprise 8;
• Made initial settings to start accounting;
• Integrated the current 1C system with the new one, thus creating a single IT environment in Prime Restaurants Group.
