2016: Building an accounting system based on 1C: Integrated Automation for Investbau Global

Investbau Global has automated the processes of sales, finance and personnel management in the ERP system of the Russian developer of software solutions. 1C: Integrated automation was put into commercial operation on August 27, 2016 by the 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT.

Automated features

• Warehouse and Logistics - Warehouse Inventory Management, Inventory Reservation, Warehouse Equipment Connection.
• Accounting, tax, budget accounting, including regulated reporting.
• Management accounting.
• HR and HR Accounting (HRM): Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, Regulated Reporting, Employee Employment Planning (Vacations and Other Activities).

Works performed

• Advice on the choice of software and options for its maintenance;
• Sale and delivery of 1C box: Integrated automation to the office of INVESTBAU Global;
• Installation of software on the customer's computers;
• Training of personnel to work with the system, including individual in the office.

Integrated System Maintenance by Automation Partner

• Monthly delivery and installation of ITS delivery set to the user's workplace;
• The platform and typical 1C configuration are updated: Enterprise, diagnostics of the state of the information base, creation of archive copies;
• Consulting on methodological and technical issues of working with the 1S:KA program;
• Preferential support and a paid 1S:ITS agreement have been issued;
• The Internet version of ITS and ITS Internet services are used;
• Group training on operation with ITS information system was carried out;
• Monthly familiarization of users with new PROF IC materials is carried out; at the user's request, a selection of consulting and methodological materials from the PROF IC information system is carried out;
