2014: Automation of operational trading accounting at MosStalMarket TP based on 1C: Integrated Automation

The trading house, MosStalMarket a supplier of rolled metal, sheet and long metal and building materials To Moscow in the region, in June 2014, together with 1C the integrator WiseAdvice-IT , announced the successful completion of the system implementation project. 1C: Integrated Automation

On the recommendation of the automation partner, the optimal product was selected on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform. During the setup and implementation of the software product for MosStalMarket, interfaces and sets of user rights were created, initial settings of the accounting program were made, initial balances were entered, data from previous accounting systems were transferred.

Based on the collected and analyzed requirements of the customer for the automated system, the target system based on 1C: Integrated automation was modeled and implemented.

In total, 5 accounting loops were automated:

• Sales, service, marketing.
• Human Resources and Human Resources Accounting (HRM).
• Finance, management accounting, performance monitoring.
• Purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

As part of the post-project support, the delivery and installation of the ITS delivery kit to the user's workplace was carried out on a monthly basis, consulting was carried out on methodological and technical issues of working with the 1C program.
