2022: Implementation of a CRM system based on a low-code bpm platform
NORBIT (part of the LANIT group) announced on October 6, 2022 the introduction of a CRM system in Atlantis-Pak, a large manufacturer of plastic shells. The solution is deployed on a low-code bpm platform. This will allow the company to flexibly manage business processes and quickly adapt the IT landscape based on changing market conditions.
The main goal of the project was to increase the manageability of the complex process of introducing other products. Automation covered its key phases: the development of the project, the coordination of the rules and mechanisms of the product characteristics process, its testing and work with experiments. CRM allows you to make each of the numerous stages as transparent and traceable as possible. The manager has access to the status of each task, the history and chronology of all related activities. The resulting analytics greatly facilitates the adoption of management decisions and allows you to evaluate each case, and in the future analyze and implement existing practices for subsequent developments. In addition to core processes, related microprocessors are also automated, including business trips.
Given the high competition and difficult conditions in the market, the introduction of products is one of the focus areas for the company. Not only the company's profit and stability depends on efficiency, but also, in general, the development of the meat processing and cheese industries in the country. The implementation of CRM has helped us make the process as predictable as possible. In addition, this is also a source of valuable data for subsequent launches and innovations, the ability to minimize risks and costs, noted Evgeny Paramonenko, Director of Sales and Marketing of Atlantis-Pak.

As part of the project, CRM is integrated with the internal 1C system. For the convenience of employees, a mobile application has also been created in which they can work with contractors and project activities. Atlantis-Pak plans to further expand the system with additional modules, including tools to increase the motivation of sales specialists.
The introduction of CRM tools based on the low-code platform will allow Atlantis-Pak to significantly speed up the time-to-market of products and respond faster to any changes in supply chains, demand and market situations. And the analytics collected in the process will be the key to developing and finding growth points, emphasized Roman Gnatko, Director of Business Development at NORBIT.
