Pharmstandard acquired 49% of the company "Here Pharmacy"

In November 2022, it became known about the sale of 49% of the Here Pharmacy company to Ogment Investments Limited, owned by the main owner of Pharmstandard, Viktor Kharitonin. The deal became known from the SPARK-Interfax system.

The financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed. 28.5% and 22.5% in the company "Here Pharmacy" are owned by Dmitry Socol and Oleg Bogomolov. The main activity of Here Pharmacy LLC is consulting on commercial activities and management, it does not have licenses for the retail trade in medicines.

In Russia, there is a network of the same name, under the brand of which, according to AlphaRM, 601 pharmacies operate and which is part of the Iris partnership. As Dmitry Socol, who is also the co-founder of Iris, told Pharmacist in an interview, "Here is the Pharmacy" and another brand "Your Doctor" (98 points) work under a franchise.

Under the same brands there is an Internet service zdesapteka.ru for the delivery of drugs. Pickup can be issued in 32 cities of Russia in 445 pharmacies. Most pharmacies in Tula - 82 points, Krasnodar - 60, Moscow - 41.

The website of the online pharmacy indicates that the developer is a distributor - Zdravservice LLC. From Socol interview, it follows that the distributor provides goods with 95% of the need for pharmacies "Here is the Pharmacy" and "Your Doctor." Shares in the LLC are distributed between Dmitry Socol (55%) and Oleg Bogomolov (45%).

Among the pick-up addresses there are not only pharmacies of the listed brands. For example, there are points of the Krasnodar network "Kvarta" and the Moscow "Live Century," both belong to Socol and Bogomolov.

The main owner of Pharmstandard, Viktor Kharitonin, whose total asset value increased by $1.1 billion over the year, took 43rd place in the Forbes ranking of "200 richest Russian businessmen" with a total of $2.3 billion. The data was published in November 2022. The compilers of the rating explain the growth of Kharitonin's condition by revaluing the value of pharmaceutical companies belonging to him, whose shares have risen in price amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.[1]
