2025: The "Pharmacy Here" chain was bought by Zdravservice South

In early November 2025, it became known that the Tula chain "Here is a pharmacy" acquired the Kuban pharmaceutical company "Zdravservice Yug" (formerly "Russian Troika"). Information on the value of the transaction was not disclosed.

LLC "Here is a pharmacy" registered in Tula in 2015 with an authorized capital of 125 thousand rubles. The main activity declared consulting in the commercial field and in the field of management. In addition, the company can engage in market research and public opinion research, provide accounting and financial audit services, and conduct legal activities. The director of the organization is Alexander Ushakov. In the structure of the company, 49% belong to MKOOO Ogment Investments Limited, 28.5% to Galina Socol, 22.5% to Oleg Bogomolov.

In turn, Zdravservice Yug LLC was registered in Krasnodar in 1998 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. The general director is Igor Avtaev. The main activity is the wholesale of pharmaceutical products, products used for medical purposes, perfume and cosmetic products, including soap, and cleaning products. Among additional activities, the wholesale trade in clothing, including sports, is indicated. The company is engaged in the supply of medicines, biologically active additives, medical equipment and related goods to pharmacies in the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region, etc.

As noted on the Rusprofile website, Zdravservice South has a license for pharmaceutical activities received in 2015. The number of employees of the company decreased from 138 people in 2022 to 1 person in 2023-2024. There are no trademarks in the organization's portfolio.^[1]
