Software product "Traktir: Front-Office" - the solution for automation of work of waiters and cashiers at restaurants, cafe, bars and other catering establishments, the delivery services of dishes in network and single institutions, accounting of a power supply in the corporate sector.

Product "Traktir: Front-Office" has special jobs for booking from guests of restaurant, a workplace of the cook for information display about the preparing dishes, the built-in call center for order placement on delivery.

The mechanisms implemented in a product help to solve the following problems: improvement of service quality of guests, reduction of errors in service, increase in loyalty of visitors and control of actions of personnel of the enterprise.

In a product a number of mechanisms for interaction with mobile applications for waiters, couriers, guests of restaurant and the electronic menu is implemented. For obtaining reports use of a system of cloud web analytics is offered.

Configuration "Traktir: Front-Office" maintains a large number of a retail store equipment, including the cash register equipment different models, printers of accounts, scanners of barcodes, magnetic card readers, controllers of management of power supply, video surveillance systems and control of filling drinks.

Licensing of a product is constructed on modularity that gives the chance of flexible calculation of cost depending on customer needs.

Configuration "Traktir: Front-Office" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work, versions are not lower than 8.3.9.

2015: At the exit of Traktir: Front-Office v4

On May 27, 2015 SoftBalance Group announced release on June 1, 2015 of release of Traktir version: Front-Office v4.

The version a product is created on modularity that simplifies operation and development of a system according to needs of the customer: the choice of the necessary modules became available to it to work at this stage that according to developers helps to control and optimize activity, development, both separate restaurant, and network of cafe.

At the heart of the program the basic module supporting obligatory operations on service of guests and function of the administrator. The analytical block of the module will help the head to estimate popularity of dishes, load of an institution, attendance, development of personnel.

Among add-on modules:

Traktir: Front-Office v3

Traktir: Front-Office v3 is the software for the solution of managerial and marketing tasks of restaurant. The product is implemented on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform from scratch without use of standard configurations 1C.

Product line of Traktir: Front-Office v3 consists of three versions: LIGHT, BUSINESS and PREMIUM.

A system implements:

  • order placement or visitor's additional order.
  • use debit and credit payment cards.
  • formation of discount policy using a set of factors the influencing a discount, schemes of discounts, difficult and accumulative discounts.
  • armoring of seats on defined date and time, acceptance of prepayment, many other things.

Traktir: Front-Office v3 Premium

In "Traktir: Front-Office v3 the Premium" appeared a possibility of viewing the video information recorded by observation systems from ITV|AxxonSoft, directly, without addressing the system interface of video surveillance. Now selection of the interesting events in a videoarchive and their viewing are implemented directly in Tavern. Besides, there was an opportunity directly in it to watch video in real time from surveillance cameras. There is no more need for work with video to open other application.

Integration of software "Traktir" and the system of video control of the cash transactions "POS Intelligence" of company ITV|AxxonSoft in the previous versions allowed to mark records of video surveillance not only on time, but also to add to them information from Tavern on an order number, actions of personnel and cash transactions in the form of the credits imposed on the image. But viewing videos was possible only via the interface of POS Intelligence.

The new possibility of Tavern will allow owners of institutions of a public catering, their managing directors or administrators to analyze quickly the conflicts with visitors, to control work of each employee, to prevent thefts and abuses, to estimate efficiency of personnel. For example, it is possible to fix time from the order moment before carrying out of a ready dish and to work on its reduction.

Now there is no need to configure additional reports in the POS Intelligence software product therefore the speed of complex implementation "Traktir grew: Front-Office v3 the Premium" and video surveillances from ITV|AxxonSoft.

POS Intelligence represents the instrument of decrease in losses on points of sale, quality evaluations of work of cashiers and control of payment of purchases. This system founded on the platform of security Intelligence synchronizes the video image arriving from the video camera directed to cash desk with information arriving from the point-of-sale terminal. As a result at observation in real time and when viewing a video from archive the operator sees on the monitor screen the video image of settling with the buyer at the checkout and text information in the form of credits. This information includes data of the check and an event of the point-of-sale terminal which are not displayed in the check – for example, opening of a strongbox or input of a product code manually. Such approach allows to make the broad picture of the events which are taking place on point of sale.
