and Exploration Company MAGE federal 1C-integrator WiseAdvice-IT announced the completion of the implementation of a platform-based software complex in April 2022. 1C:Enterprise 8 KORP The standard solution 1C:ERP. Holding management became the basis information of the system for managing and accounting for the company's activities, including directly on personal ones. This was scientific vessels announced by the Exploration Company MAGE on October 7, 2022.

In 2020, IAGE management decided to create a management and accounting system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform and select a partner who can not only perform high-quality implementation, but will provide the required methodological assistance when switching to another system. This partner was WiseAdvice-IT, whose client portfolio includes large-scale projects for top Russian companies from the RBC 500 rating.

The implementation took place in stages: first, a pre-project survey was carried out and the contours of the future system were outlined, then the operational circuit and RAS were automated and put into operation, after which the financial circuit was implemented and put into operation.

Simultaneously with the financial circuit, the RMP and labor protection circuit, a special fleet control unit and a vehicle control unit were developed and introduced. Fleet management is a separate distributed information base and is adapted to work directly on ships.

Work for each unit was carried out sequentially by stages with recording of intermediate results: modeling, design, adjustment and rework, pilot operation and pilot operation. Thanks to this approach, together with users, in a few steps it was possible to form an image of the system being created and adapt it to the realities of operation as users work.

As a result of the project, the activities of the MAGE were digitalized, a single comprehensive information system based on the 1C:ERP was created. Management of the holding to manage all significant business processes of the company, including 7 previously automated sites.

  • Based on the decisions of 1C:Enterprise 8, a distributed system was built for fleet management, operational accounting and management directly on the company's ships;
  • Due to the normalization and automation of the company's business processes, the quality of their development has increased, the exchange of the required data has accelerated up to 5 times;
  • By 200%, the receipt of management reports has been accelerated and, in general, access to reliable management information with the possibility of multifactor analytics from any device and at any time is provided. This allows the management of "MAGE" to always be aware of the current picture of business from the Arctic to the Antarctic;
  • The NSI has been systematized and normalized within all structural divisions of MAGE, which makes it possible to plan and keep records of the company's financial and economic activities more correctly;
  • The delivery of regulated reports of the company is 100% accelerated due to the maximum prompt receipt of all necessary and up-to-date information with the function of autocomplete template reporting documents;
  • Operating and administrative expenses are reduced by 10% due to orderly information flows within the company in a single accounting environment;
  • The labour intensity of internal calculations decreased by 80%;
  • The labor costs of employees for searching and preparing documents decreased by 90%.

In the process of working on the project, WiseAdvice-IT specialists, along with automation services, provided consulting and consulting support. Effective approaches to management and accounting at a number of sites have been worked out together with IAGE employees.
